Conflicts in the South Caucasus should be solved within the framework of territorial integrity, said Spain`s Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs Ignacio Ibanez as he met with European Union Special Representative for the South Caucasus Herbert Salber.
He said that these conflicts should be resolved in accordance with the UN Charter and the Helsinki Final Act, within internationally recognized borders based on the principle of territorial integrity.
Spain`s Secretary of State stressed the importance of deepening relations between the EU and Azerbaijan.
