As part of the ongoing reforms, Baku Telephone Communications Production Association (BTCPA) of the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies pas presented its new trademark. Starting from today, BTCPA will continue to operate under “baktelecom” trademark.
As part of the rebranding process, BTCPA also created its new logo. The new logo depicts the characters “1881 BTC” in Morse code. The numbers 1881 indicate the year of creation of the first telephone communications in Azerbaijan and “BTC” is a short for “baktelecom”. Note that Morse code was used as the first means of communication in the history of communications.
Besides that, BTCPA has presented its new website to users. The new website, which has features meeting modern standards, will provide users with detailed information on BTCPA services and innovations in the field of telecommunications. It will also provide users to the online services of BTCPA.
For example, by using “Call me” function on the website, the subscriber will be able to choose convenient time for contacting the call-center or receiving a call from the operator of the call-center.
“My Account” section will reflect the history of usages, payments and existing debts.
The user will be able to make payments for using services through “Online payment” section.
The “Live Chat” section will allow operators to respond directly to the requests of the customers who, for some reasons, cannot apply to telecommunications nodes.
In addition, the new website will provide users with information about new and beneficial campaigns conducted by BTCPA.
