A workshop on the topic of “Proactive selling techniques” has been held today for the employees of Marketing and Sales Department of Aztelekom LLC of the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies and the employees of Sales and Marketing Divisions of Absheron, Sumgait and Gakh Telecommunication Nodes of the said company.
The main objective of the workshop was to improve the knowledge and sales skills of the employees.
The participants of the workshop were provided with information on how to improve the quality of sales using proactive selling techniques, treat customers fairly, hold a dialogue with prospective buyers, etc.
It should be noted that in the future, the participants of the workshop will conduct trainings for the employees of the other telecommunication nodes of Aztelekom LLC.
