A delegation of Azerbaijan Chamber of Auditors led by its chairman, Professor Vahid Novruzov visited Podgorica, the Republic of Montenegro, to take part at the event dedicated to the 60th anniversary of establishment of the Institute of Accountants and Auditors of Montenegro (IAAM).
Later, the delegation attended an audit seminar hosted by the Center for Financial Reporting Reform (CFRR) in Minsk, Belarus.
During the visit, the delegation was received by the president of Montenegro Filip Vujanović. Novruzov highlighted the current relations and cooperation between the two countries.
At the audit seminar, attended by over 50 representatives from 5 world countries the Azerbaijani delegation informed about the economic reforms in the country to expand the audit function, raise audit quality and strengthen effectiveness of audit.
