Various measures are implemented in Azerbaijan to increase the social activity of children, develop their self-expression skills and enhance their participation in the processes related to the protection of their rights and interests.
One of these measures is online trainings for children, which are organized jointly by the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies and the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs.
The aim of the online trainings, which are held at the regional centers of the E-government Training and Education Centre, is to inform children about their rights, enhance the social activity of children and help children to form their leadership skills.
Thus, during the online training, which was held at the Gabala Center of the E-government Training and Education Centre, schoolchildren from Gabala region took part in active discussions, got answers to their questions and received information about their rights.
It should be noted that the E-government Training and Education Centre under the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies plans to hold in near future regular workshops for children in regions.
