Five electronic services of the Copyright Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which are provided to users through the E-government portal, have been updated.
These electronic services include "Acceptance of application and documents for the registration of the object of related rights", "Acceptance of application and documents for the state registration of topologies of integrated circuits", "Acceptance of application and documents for the registration of copyrighted databases", "Acceptance of application and documents for the registration of a copyright object" and "Acceptance of application and documents for the registration of databases protected by special protection law".
These services are easy to use and optimized; users are given the opportunity to get information on the provision of electronic services. To use the abovementioned services, the user has to register on the E-government portal.
The Copyright Agency placed the rules and instructions for the registration of copyright objects and electronic application forms on the portal. Citizens can use freely the electronic services. All applications made by citizens are considered in the manner and terms established by the Law.
