Azerbaijani Minister of Finance Samir Sharifov has said the non-oil sector revenues will account for 8.3 billion manats in the country`s 2017 state budget. This makes 51.2 per cent of the total budget, which is 9.5 per cent or 718 million manants more that in 2016, he told a plenary session of the parliament. “The budget is forecast to receive 7,510,000,000 manats through the Ministry of Taxes, which is 500 million manats or 7.1 per cent more than in 2016. “It is forecast that 2,200,000,000 manats will come to the budget through the Customs Committee, which is 390,000,000 manats or 21.5 per cent more than last year.”
Sharifov said budget spending in 2017 is forecast to be 16,900,000,000 manats, which is 1,595,000,000 manats or 8.6 per cent less than in 2016.
