Azerbaijani Paralympic athlete Elmir Jabrayilov has added 44th gold to the country`s medal haul at the Baku 2017 Islamic Solidarity Games as he finished first in the men's 100m T12.
Uzbek Mansur Abdirashidov claimed silver, while Moroccan Mahdi Afri won bronze.
