Deputy Head of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration, Head of Foreign Relations Department at the Presidential Administration Novruz Mammadov wrote it on his Twitter page, APA reported.
“Regrettably, the geopolitical interests are at the forefront of these processes,” the PA official tweeted.
