Baku. Malahat Najafova – APA. The visit of co-rapporteur of the PACE Monitoring Committee on Azerbaijan Pedro Agramunt to Baku has been postponed, PACE wrote on its Twitter page.
“The visit to Azerbaijan by PACE co-rapporteur Pedro Agramunt planned for 8-9 April has been postponed due to unforeseen circumstances”.
His visit was related with the development of the report on “Azerbaijan's chairmanship of the Committee of Minister of the Council of Europe: What measures should be taken in the protection of human rights?” by PACE Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights. The co-rapporteur planned to meet with the justice minister, procurator-general, chairman of the Supreme Court, leadership of the Presidential Administration and other officials during the visit.
