The delegation led by the chairman of Azerbaijan-Slovakia friendship group, the parliamentary constitutional and legal committee head and Smer-SD MP Robert Madej includes head of the Czech delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, member of European Affairs Committee - Olga Nacmannova (Smer-SD), member of the Social Affairs Committee - William Jasan (Smer-SD), member of the Committee on Foreign Relations - Mariah Carey (Smer-SD), member of the Constitutional and Legal Affairs Committee - Edita Pfundtner (independent) and member of Mandate and Immunity Committee - Miroslav Kaduc (OĽaNO), the European Azerbaijan Society (TEAS) told APA.
The visit organized by TEAS will last till April 11.
Slovakian parliamentarians will hold meetings at the Azerbaijani Parliament, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons and ASAN Service. The guests will also visit the grave of national leader Heydar Aliyev in the Alley of Honor and the Alley of Martyrs.
Moreover, the parliamentarians will visit the refugee camps.
