"Armenian's allegations that serviceman Mger Chiloyan was injured as a result of the Azerbaijani armed forces' violating ceasefire on the night of July 23 at 00.10 are completely groundless," Azerbaijan's defense ministry has told AZERTAC.
"The Azerbaijani armed forces fully control the operational situation along the frontline by obeying the ceasefire regime."
"There is no doubt that Armenian serviceman Chiloyan was injured as a result of arbitrariness and illegalities that reign in the Armenian army," the ministry added.
