Representative of "ELS" Independent Research Center Rahim Bayramli has said the majority of respondents at the polling station No 2 of Yasamal third constituency hailed conditions for the referendum. He said that according to results of an exit poll “each citizen who voted here praised the conditions created at the polling station”. “The voting continues in a democratic and transparent manner,” Bayramli added.
