Azerbaijan`s Minister of Energy Natig Aliyev will not participate in an informal meeting of OPEC countries that will take place as part of the 23rd World Energy Congress in Istanbul, Turkey.
According to the Ministry of Energy, the minister's participation in the meeting is inexpedient as Azerbaijan's position has already been outlined at the congress on the presidential level.
