The Baku-hosted 7th Azerbaijani-Russian Inter-Regional Forum saw the signing of 12 documents by the regions of the two countries.
The documents signed included the Agreement on cooperation and sistership between Qabala District Executive Authority and Administration of the resort city of Kislovodsk in the Stavropol region of the Russian Federation; the Protocol of Intent on cooperation between Baku's Narimanov District Executive Authority and Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation; the Agreement on implementation of industrial and production activities in the Special Economic Zone in Narimanov municipality in Astrakhan region;
The Agreement on the cooperation between Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Stavropol region; the Memorandum of cooperation between AZPROMO and Entrepreneurship and Investment Agency of the Republic of Dagestan; the Memorandum of cooperation between AZPROMO and the Association of Foreign Economic Activity in the Caspian region; the Framework Agreement on cooperation between Azerbaijan Medical University and Stavropol State Medical University; the Agreement on cooperation in the field of development of tourism between Guba Tourism Information Center and "Derbent 2000" Tourism Center; the Agreement on cooperation in the field of development of tourism between Khachmaz Tourism Information Centre and "Derbent 2000" Tourism Center; the Memorandum of cooperation between the Association of Producers and Exporters of Fruits and Vegetables of Azerbaijan and the Association of Foreign Economic Activity in the Caspian region; the Memorandum
of Strategic Partnership and Cooperation among "Bentonite" LLC, "Railway Express" LLC and "AzRosPromInvest" LLC; the Agreement of Intent on the supply of goods between the "Glass House" company of Azerbaijan and "Caspian Tab Glass Plant" JSC of the Republic of Dagestan.
