Russian referee Vitali Meshkov will control a return match between Azerbaijan’s FC Kapaz and Austrian Admira as part of the UEFA Europa League second qualifying round.
Meshkov will be assisted by Valeriy Danchenko and Maksim Gavrilin.
Mikhail Vilkov will be the 4th referee of the match.
The match will be played at the Dalga Arena on July 20.
