The ways of development of customs business in the world will be discussed at the 10th annual International WCO (World Customs Organization) PICARD Conference “Partnerships in Customs Academic Research and Development”, which will begin its work in Baku Sept.8, the head of the State Customs Committee (SCC) of Azerbaijan Aydin Aliyev said.
He made the remarks Sept.7 during a meeting with WCO Secretary General Kunio Mikuriya.
Aliyev said that over 200 delegates from 53 countries are expected to participate in the conference. The representatives of more than 20 international organizations will also take part in the event.
