Baku – APA. The Russian Central Election Commission (CEC) will send a group of observers for the parliamentary elections that are due to take place in Azerbaijan on 1 November 2015, Russian CEC chairman Vladimir Churov said.
Along with the upcoming parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan, we are going to monitor the presidential elections in Belarus and parliamentary elections in Kyrgyzstan, Churov added.
Churov said he plans to observe the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan. “I also intend to go to Belarus. But all plans will be specified after September 13”.
