Azerbaijan`s Minister of Culture and Tourism Abulfas Garayev, as part of his visit to London, has met Director of the world-known Victoria and Albert Museum in UK Martin Roth.
They discussed signing a memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan and Victoria and Albert Museum, as well as partnership issues of the Museum to the Fifth International Carpet Congress to be held in Baku in 2017.
Mr. Garayev invited Martin Roth to attend the 7th Global Forum of the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations to be arranged in Baku on April 25-27.
