Rescuers of the Russian Emergencies Ministry have evacuated people from the damaged flats in the multi-story residential house in Ryazan city, hit by gas explosion.
The explosion occurred on the ninth floor of a 10-story, two-entrance residential house built in 2013.
The work at the site is underway.
