A new residential building has today been inaugurated in the Heydar Aliyev Avenue in the city of Nakhchivan on the occasion of the 94th birthday anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev.
Chairman of Nakhchivan`s Supreme Assembly Vasif Talibov viewed the eight-storey building.
