“Iran, Iraq and Israel can transport their natural gas to Europe via Azerbaijan’s infrastructure in future,” said Azerbaijani Energy Minister Natig Aliyev.
The minister noted that Iran could join the Trans-Anatolian Gas Pipeline TANAP, and transport its gas to the European market.
“Iraq is also interested in cooperation with Azerbaijan and this country wants to play an important role in ensuring energy security of Europe.
"We had talks with Israel too. This country wants to transport its gas to Europe using Azerbaijan’s infrastructure passing through Turkey,” said Mr. Aliyev.
