The National Olympic Committee has held a meeting with Azerbaijani medalists of the 1st European Games.
During the meeting, a footage was demonstrated from the winnings of Azerbaijani sportsmen at the 1st European Games.
NOC vice-president Chingiz Huseynzade informed that 21 medals found their bearers on the fifth day of the games.
Azerbaijani national team gained 3 more medals thus reaching to 19. Azerbaijani national team ranks the second both in un-official team standings and for medal quantity with 8 gold, 3 silver and 8 bronze medals.
