SOCAR reveals reasons behind sale of its 51%-stake in Petkim

SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev said the value of SOCAR’s shares increased after it bought them: “SOCAR bought 10% from state, 41% from market. During past two years, face value rose to 4.35 Turkish Lira from 1.8 lira. Therefore, we want to sell a part of shares. This is a normal process”.
