Baku. Fuad Jafarov – APA. 14 of businessmen detained by Interior Ministry's Main Department for Combating Organized Crime over large amount of credit debt were released.
According to the information APA received from law-enforcement bodies, they paid off all debts.
Some businessmen didn’t pay off a large amount of credit to banks. A criminal case was launched against them under article 178.3.2 (swindle with causing damage in the large size) of the Criminal Code.
Narimanov District Court sentenced founder of the company PNN Group, Nizami Piriyev to pretrial detention for 3 months and 27 day.
President of Avesta Holding Ibrahim Nehramli was also brought to justice over having large amount of credit debt.
