Baku-APA. French MP and president of the Association of Friends of Azerbaijan Jean-Francois Mansel expressed his condolences to President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of a fire in an apartment high-rise building in Binagadi district of Baku, which killed 16 people, APA reports quoting Embassy of Azerbaijan in France.
The condolence letter says: "At a time, when Baku and all Azerbaijani people in mourning, we express to you and the Azerbaijani people our deepest sympathy and support."
