Baku – APA. Two athletes will represent Azerbaijan in boxing June 20 within the first European Games.
Elvin Mamishzada (52 kg) fought against an athlete from Ireland, Myles Casey. 23-year old boxer defeated Casey with a score of 3:0 (29:27; 30:25; 29:28).
Meanwhile Azerbaijani boxer Albert Selimov (60 kg), will compete against Georgian athlete of Armenian origin, Otar Eranosyan. The match will begin at 3:15 p.m.
