Khizi. Veli turan – APA. On August 21, a traffic accident happened in Baku-Guba-Russian Federation state border highway resulting in death.
APA’s north bureau reports that the accident was recorded in 63rd km of highway – Stalchay settlement of Khizi district. TOFAŞ car driven by Khizi resident Ruhulla Aghayev, 1987, turned over. Driver Aghayev died.
Passenger Ilgar Aliyev, 1981, received minor injury. He was taken to Siyezen District Treatment and Diagnostic Center and released after first aid.
It’s supposed the reason of accident is high speed. Investigation on fact is underway.
