Baku. Malahat Najafova – APA. “Vanessa Sahinovic, an Austrian athlete injured in an accident in the Baku Athletes Village, is in stable condition and her treatment continues,” Mehdi Mousavi, head of the traumatology department at Vienna Dunay Hospital, said in an interview with Austrian television & radio channel (ORF).
Mousavi said 15-year-old Sahinovic had been admitted with several bone fractures and has undergone surgery, adding that the athlete will spend 3 to 4 weeks in hospital.
