Azerbaijan booked a ticket for the semi-finals as they defeated Turkey 27-22 in Thursday's action at the Islamic Solidarity Games women's handball tournament in Baku.
Azerbaijan also beat Cameroon 28-26 and Uzbekistan 47-21 in the group games.
