Baku – APA. Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu has reacted to Russian President Vladimir Putin’s use of the term “genocide” in reference to the Armenians.
The Turkish PM said he has discussed the matter with Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, adding that “necessary diplomatic actions will be taken”.
Davutoglu also noted that the Russian and French presidents’ participation in the “genocide” commemorative in Yerevan casts a shadow upon the impartiality of the OSCE Minsk Group.
“See how many heads of state we have joining the event in Turkey and how many join that in Armenia. Their event is a summit upon hatred and anger, while ours is the Peace Summit,” he stressed.
