Ujar. Zahid Abishov - APA. A traffic accident has occurred on Baku-Gazakh highway which resulted in death of a pedestrian.
APA's Aran bureau reports that the accident was recorded in the part of Baku-Gazakh highway in Ujar district’s Kuchakand village.
Mercedes car hit 45-year-old Kuchakand village resident Yumarov Islam Yumar while he was crossing the road. As a result, the pedestrian was taken to Ujar District Central Hospital with serious injures. Despite the efforts of the doctors, it was impossible to save Yumarov’s life.
Investigation Department of the Main State Traffic Police Office is investigating the fact.
